It is estimated that nearly 316,000 Coloradans suffer from Diabetes and one out of every three children born after 2000 in the United States will be directly affected by diabetes. This year, the theme is “Discover the Ultimate You”, featuring an excellent lineup of education, entertainment, healthy food, screenings, and fun activities. Highlights include Colorado’s own singer/songwriter Hazel Miller, Dr. Holly Wyatt and three contestants from Extreme Weight Loss, and Jaime Atlas, 5280′s Top Trainer.
